Party City

I found the selection at this store to be good. I was impressed with the color variety for every occasion. I was also pleasantly surprised by how well organized the store was. The prices are ok. I imagine you can get decorations cheaper online. There higher price is basically a convenience charge in my eyes, in which it was worth it to me the last time I shipped here.

Son’s 1 Birthday is coming up… go to party city for the Paw Patrol Themed Party. My order the alone is over 100.00 but they didn’t have everything I wanted so I placed an order online. Order balloons in the store and asked for the pickup and she said they don’t do it. ONLY to see it sent to me on an email. Go back to the store and asked why couldn’t I get it she said because she would have to re-ring everything. But back to the decor. Got one too many table decorations so I try to return the one from the store and keep the two from the online order. The clerk rudely told me that I can’t return it because it is open. Photo attached on the staple coming undone but EVERYTHING is still attached NEVER opened. And tried to say it isn’t open the receipt… and it’s attached in the photos below that is was. It’s okay it’s just 8.00 I just but next time I’ll take that 8.00- and the other funds I spent to another company.

I was the 1st customer when it opened and saw no one for at least 5 minutes of me wandering the store. No wonder stores experience retail theft! They have many beautiful items and a wide selection however, it's a bit pricey. Grit your teeth and tell yourself, it's a specialty store and I can't get these items elsewhere. This store was spotless! Bathroom was above average clean! At check out, "Jay" a young helpful woman was so sweet to my two-year-old; blew him up a balloon. It really, really made me feel better about the 1 bag of stuff I paid over $65 for.
